Brad was a phenomenal host, and the Airbnb was perfect for our Thanksgiving holiday! It has a great game room for the kids, and the cozy vibes are superb. The house is very private and peaceful—it was a nice, relaxing environment. I highly recommend this house for your next getaway!

This home was absolutely beautiful and exceeded all expectations. I have been visiting the Catskill Mountains my entire life, and my family and I typically choose a new place to stay each year until now. This property offered everything we were looking for and more. We will certainly be returning. Brad was an exceptional host highly responsive and helpful with any questions we had. The cabin is super cute and well-equipped with great amenities like a grill, retro game station, darts, and a ping pong table. The location is peaceful and quiet, everything was spotless, and the host was very quick to respond. They also provided a detailed website and guide with information about local restaurants, nearby attractions, and even the wildlife in the area, which made our stay so much easier and more enjoyable. The view was absolutely beautiful, the night sky was so clear we could see the stars perfectly. Overall, an excellent stay and a wonderful experience!!!!

This cabin is cozy in every way! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. It's warm, inviting, and spotless, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The owner was super friendly and quick to respond, making it all seamless. The property is stunning—you don't even need a hike; just wandering the grounds feels magical. We loved relaxing by the fireplace with wine or playing in the game room. It's like my second home, and I'm already planning to return! If you want peace, comfort, and rustic charm, this is your perfect escape!

Such a cozy and unique cabin! Tucked away on 50 acres of woods, it’s super quiet and private, with amazing views of the mountains and colorful leaves. Loved the rustic Wild West vibe inside, and Brad was awesome—very responsive and considerate. A perfect spot to relax and recharge!

This cabin was the perfect escape! Tucked away in the woods, it was peaceful, cozy, and super clean. Brad the host was friendly and made everything easy. We loved the fire pit, the comfy bed, and how quiet the nights were. Great place to relax and unplug — we’ll definitely be back!

We had a great vacation there. It was peaceful and full of wildlife. We enjoyed nature walks, BBQ and smores on at the firepit. Alot of fun family things to do in the area. The house was roomy and perfect. Brad was very kind and always answered questions quickly. Definitely would go back!

We stayed at Brad’s cabin in Margaretville for a family funeral. He was very responsive, offering clear directions and warm hospitality during our grief. The cabin was beautiful, clean, and cozy—perfect for our needs. The downstairs gave our preteens space, while adults stayed upstairs.
